Our FIRST Event

So don’t get confused by the title of this but it is technically correct.

Since OHH, Our Hobby Hut, is about a little bit of everything and our current project is homesteading, ecofriendly, raw all natural no chemicals, self suffiecint sort of stuff while living inside the confines of a town/city . . . .

We did attend the Central Montana Chokecherry festival this year Sept. 6th of 2025. We did get very lucky and got invited to join another business as a vendor and came with our “showcase” products.

OHH board decided we are making new moves now that we are getting going. . . They said make things happen so this is what we are going to do . . .

We as OHH will be Invading the park mid to late spring of 2026 for a seed and plant swap. We will have cupcakes cookies and drinks and have some of our own product samples . Everyone is invited and almost anything goes. . . We like kids and our own will be there so bring yours also since it is a park and kids love playing at the park. . . I wish for this to be a way for the community to come together and for our kids to learn as much as possible because they wont teach them things like this at school. I am thinking like mega community project with the privacy of your own yard but still having the opportunity to chat with people and learn new skills.

More details will come as it gets closer but for now if you want to join us in this the only prep you actually need is . . .bring a blanket to sit on, big enough to set up your stuff on bring your extra garden seeds and extra garden plants, plant cuttings or things that you make. . . the less you pack in the less you have to pack out so I thought a blanket would be easy compared to a table.

We had a blast visiting with people and helping to educate on natural things to help your health versus the things you buy at the store,the bonus was selling our own products (that helps to fund this entire project).

Omg this is gonna be Somthing else. . . YAY!!!
