Busy Year flying by

i can not beleive it is already July 2024. Where did the time go, it seems as if this year is flying right by us. Shortly after my last post in january we discovered that being pregnant we were having a boy. I was thrilled I finally got my son. We then found out that he was diagnosed with a cleft lip and pallet caused by a certain nasuea pill I took to get through work at the restraunt.

The last several months have been rough on our little family, between the constant appointments andevery saturday heading to billings to be with him for a few hours and the week where I had to be away from home to get him ready to come home after the two and a half weeks in the nicu. He was in nicu for two and a half months not only due to the cleft but because he decided to show up about 6 weeks early.

Our son was only home for 3 days before I was called to schedule his first Dr visit in denver to meet the surgeon I had less than 2 weeks notice at first and had everything set up planned and ready to go but i let someone else help me and then the trip got canceled at the very absolute last second because of my first planned travel buddy.

I was so so beyond mad to the point it felt like I was spitting fire everytime I talked the last few days. Now the plan is reset for the beggining of august with a new travel buddy that won’t mess up my plans.
